Mental Health First Aid

Our accredited Mental Health First Aid training gives learners the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise the signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations and guide individuals towards appropriate support.

Designed for workplaces, this course helps create a more open, supportive and resilient culture while improving awareness of common mental health conditions, stress, anxiety and crisis situations.

Learners will gain a recognised qualification and leave with a greater understanding of how to:
• Recognise the signs of mental ill health
• Approach and support someone in distress
• Promote positive mental wellbeing

• Respond appropriately in a crisis situation
• Encourage early intervention and professional support
