Partnership Programme

Workplace wellbeing support that doesn't end when the

training does.

The Anchor Partnership Programme provides organisations with ongoing access to practical workplace wellbeing support, guidance and expertise.

Whether you're supporting your First Aiders for Mental Health, helping a manager navigate a difficult situation, planning a wellbeing initiative or looking at the wider wellbeing needs of your organisation, Anchor can work alongside your team when you need additional support.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all package, the partnership is shaped around your organisation, your people and the support you actually need.

Because creating a healthier workplace isn't a one-off event. It's an ongoing conversation.

Supporting the People Who Support Everyone Else

First Aiders for Mental Health are there for your people. But who is there for them?

Training gives First Aiders the knowledge and confidence to support others, but some of the conversations they may have can be difficult.

They may support someone experiencing significant stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement or other challenging circumstances. At times, they may also be involved in conversations where someone is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Having somewhere to reflect afterwards can help First Aiders maintain healthy boundaries, build confidence in their role and look after their own wellbeing.

Through the Anchor Partnership Programme, ongoing support can include:

REGULAR CHECK-INS & SUPERVISION

A confidential space to reflect on the role, discuss experiences and continue building confidence.

BOUNDARIES, SIGNPOSTING & ESCALATION

Guidance around the First Aider role, maintaining boundaries and knowing when further support is needed.

AFTER DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

Support following challenging or emotionally demanding conversations.

Helping First Aiders consider

their

own wellbeing while

supporting others.

Your First Aiders are there to support your people. Anchor can be there to support them.

A Partnership Built Around Your Organisation

Ongoing support shouldn't come in a one-size-fits-all package.

Your organisation may already have HR support, an Employee Assistance Programme or existing wellbeing initiatives in place. The Anchor Partnership Programme is designed to work alongside these — adding practical workplace wellbeing expertise where it is needed.

Depending on your organisation, a partnership could include regular support for First Aiders for Mental Health, manager guidance, workplace training, wellbeing planning, awareness initiatives or additional support when a difficult situation arises.

We start by understanding what's already working, where the gaps are and what would genuinely make a difference to your people.

1. UNDERSTAND
We talk about your organisation, your people and the support you already have in place.

2. SHAPE
Together we agree the areas where Anchor can add practical support and how that support will work.

3. REVIEW
We keep the partnership relevant by reviewing what's working and adapting support as your organisation's needs change.
