Refund Policy

Open Courses

More than 14 days before the course

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

Less than 14 days before the course

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

However, delegates may transfer their booking to another individual or alternative course date where available

In-House Training

For bespoke training booked by organisations:

  • More than 28 days' notice: Full refund of any fees paid.

  • 14–28 days' notice: 50% of the agreed fee payable.

  • Less than 14 days' notice: 100% of the agreed fee payable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
