Women’s Health at Work

Two conversations that belong in the workplace — but are still too often avoided.

Menstruation and menopause can affect people at different stages of their working lives, yet both remain subjects that many employees and managers can find difficult to talk about.

Anchor's Women’s Health at Work training brings together our Menstruation in the Workplace and Menopause in the Workplace training, helping organisations build understanding, challenge stigma and give managers and employees greater confidence to have supportive workplace conversations.

Rather than treating women's health as something that should be left at the workplace door, the programme focuses on the practical things organisations can do to reduce unnecessary barriers and create a more informed and supportive culture.

Anchor's Women's Health at Work training brings menstruation and menopause together, helping organisations build understanding, open up better conversations and create a workplace where people feel supported and able to perform at their best.

Menstruation in the Workplace

Understanding menstruation, its potential impact at work, stigma and misconceptions, supportive conversations and practical workplace support.

Menopause in the Workplace

Understanding menopause and perimenopause, workplace impact, reasonable and practical support, supportive conversations and creating a menopause-aware culture.

One Joined-Up Approach to Women’s Health

Organisations can book the training as a combined Women’s Health at Work programme, bringing both subjects together into one joined-up learning experience.

Already completed Anchor's Menopause in the Workplace training? A shortened Menstruation in the Workplace option is also available, avoiding unnecessary repetition while building on delegates' existing knowledge.

Training can be delivered face-to-face or live virtually and can be tailored to the needs of your organisation.

Better conversations about women's health don't start with having all the answers. They start by making it OK to talk.
